Jovan's transition from school to vocational training

Jovan, known for his ever-present smile and good behavior, has shown remarkable resilience and dedication. Despite struggling with traditional schooling, Jovan did not sit idle. He learned electrical wiring from local electricians and started working at their electrical shops, earning him money which enabled him to help his family pay basic bills.

Recognizing his potential in hands-on skills, we decided to support Jovan's transition from formal schooling to vocational training. This year, 2024, he began studying car painting and has excelled, displaying enthusiasm and commitment. He arrives at the training center punctually and has even started earning a little income while he is still training when he helps other mechanics who pay him some money for the assistance he has rendered.

Jovan, once shy and reserved, now interacts confidently with others, thanks to continuous counseling from HFLK staff. Under HFLK's guidance, he has learned to make friends and avoid negative influences.

Jovan's hobbies include playing football, watching movies, and playing pool. He is now a clean, social, humble, and hard-working young man. Grateful for HFLK's support, Jovan is excited about his future and determined to achieve his dreams.
